Bob Prohaska
Human-Centered AI Strategist & Experience Design Leader
I work at the intersection of experience design, leadership, and AI — focusing on systems that support human judgment rather than replace it.
Thinking
I don’t believe meaningful change comes from chasing the latest tool.
It comes from understanding the work — how decisions are made, where people rely on judgment, and what actually slows them down. Technology only helps when it’s introduced with that context in mind.
Most of my thinking lives in the messy middle: between strategy and execution, between intention and reality. That’s where experience design, research, and AI intersect in ways that matter.
I’m especially interested in AI that supports people rather than sidelines them. This means focusing on systems that reduce cognitive load, clarify choices, and leave room for human responsibility.
Doing
By day, I lead experience design work inside a large organization, partnering across research, content, technology, and strategy to improve how work actually gets done.
Alongside that, I explore:
How AI changes decision-making, not just efficiency
How teams adopt new tech without losing trust or clarity
How small, well-designed interventions compound over time
Some of this thinking is applied through Human+Logic — a focused consulting practice that helps small and medium-sized businesses navigate early AI decisions. The work centers on understanding real workflows, clarifying where AI genuinely fits, and reducing risk before major investment. From there, it helps leaders align on priorities, training needs, and practical AI development opportunities—without hype or one-size-fits-all solutions.
